Ordering Goods & Samples
All orders will be processed as fast as possible to meet our stated delivery times. All orders will be checked before being processed to make sure they fall in line with what the customer has paid and wants, if there are any problems the company will contact the customer before any orders are placed.
Payment
We accept payment using most major credit and debit cards we also except checks but this may delay delivery due to clearance times with the bank. Goods will only be released once payment has been received by us in full.
You may pay your order(s) using some of the cards listed below. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number that your credit/debit card has on file for you - this will ensure no delays in processing your order.

Self-installation
Sprayed glass splashbacks take NO responsibility for damage or breakages when panels are installed by others and have not been fitted as for our recommendations.
Delivery Charges
All items include free delivery unless they are less than £100 pound there will be additional charges if glass is over sized and can not be taken by standard courier terms and conditions each case will be priced accordingly.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.
From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to you within 10 to12 working days unless an order is oversized or can not be taken by courier.
Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. Delivery is deemed to have taken place once a signature has been received accepting such delivery.
Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.we cannot offer a time due to courier restrictions.
IMPORTANT
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Sprayed glass splashbacksuk shall have no liability whatsoever for any damages or losses arising directly or indirectly as a result of failed delivery.
Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses.
We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. Unfortunately, for orders placed online, we are unable to deliver to non-UK destinations.
Complaints and Queries
If you have any problems with our product or service please contact our office by email or phone and we will do our upmost to solve the problem.
Unwanted Goods
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for unwanted goods once your order has been placed due to the product being manufactured to your personal needs if need to cancel or change order please ring as fast ass possible and we will advise.
Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty or slight damage we will supply a replacement produce once we receive proof of damage or fault.
Notification of Loss or Damage
If damaged The Company must be informed within 48 hours of delivery as to what the problem is this can be done by email or telephone and we will advise on next action if not notified within this time scale the company will see this job as complete
If the parcel is missing then the company will send out a replacement once we get notification from the courier service this will be done at the fastest possible speed
Industry Standard Tolerances
All the glass we use is made to your measurements but due to the machining process the manufacturers are allowed a 2mm tolerance in height and width with this in mind please do not make your glass to tight for example if your splash back measures 600 wide and 750 high order 598x748 this will not make any difference to your installation but give you peace of mind.
Colour Reproduction
Colours appear very differently from computer to computer, both on the screen and when printed with different printers.Colour charts when viewed on the Internet, can only give an approximate indication of the actual colour of the glass.
Due to the variation in the manufacture of glass the colours as shown on the colour chart or sample cannot be guaranteed.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process the colour reproduction might vary from one batch to another or from a sample to the finished product. We cannot also guarantee that the colour chosen will be a perfect match to a back-painted glass made from any other manufacturer when using the same colour code.
The Company will use every possible resource to get a perfect as possible match.
Theres are two types of glass low-iron and float glass the latter has a higher content of iron in which causes a green effect that changes slightly the final colour of the colour coat more so on lighter or pastel colours .The colours on samples are slightly lighter than the finished product as samples allow more light through the edge of the glass thus making the colour lighter.
